She is very, very knowledgeable about each area we looked in and provided us with helpful assistance to find a great neighborhood. She is personable and professional. Caroline is the absolute BEST of the best! She was patient, determined and incredibly diligent in our home search. Not only this, she is highly personable, her communication is top notch and she was able to connect us with highly qualified referrals for our lending company, home inspection, survey, etc. She laid everything out for us (first time home buyers) so we could easily understand every part of the process. I cant sing her praises enough, if it werent for Caroline I would have given up on home-owning long ago. So thankful for this sweet soul and her perseverance to find us the perfect home!

Caroline provided us with outstanding service during our recent relocation from Michigan to North Carolina. She was diligent and responsive, and extremely patient with helping us understand the unique processes of purchasing a home in state that was unfamiliar to us. She worked with our almost impossible timeline in an extremely active market to find us the perfect home with a closing date in under 30 days. After the sale, her service and friendship has continued, with everything from casual check-ins to see how we are settling in, helping us find a bank in our new community, connecting us with a landscaper, and even suggestions on fun places to visit in our new community. What can I say? Caroline has been a gem! My husband and I were looking for a house to call our own. We had definite ideas of what we wanted, and searched the listings every day for months. Each time we found a house we might be interested in, we would email or text Caroline, and she would look into the property further to see if it fit what we were looking for. She would look at past sales on the property, any additions that may or may not have been permitted, septic age and maps, etc. She was always very thorough. She wasnt in it for the sale. She showed us many, many homes, going above and beyond to make sure that we knew all the good and bad of each property we considered, and wanted to make sure we were happy with our decision. She was able to find us a home that we are just thrilled with, at the best price possible. Not only did we find an amazing real estate person, we found a new friend! She also sold our condo in 2 days time. We received 8 offers and she went over each offer with us in detail and discussed the pros and cons of each one. She was able to get us the price we wanted, and negotiated all of the details in a timely manner. I would recommend Caroline to anyone who was interested in purchasing or selling. You wont be disappointed!
