I amvery disappointed atone ofthe receptionist. Ihad anappointment and left ontime, however myUber got stuck behind agarbage truck and Icalled into let the receptionist know imrunning 10minutes late. She did not want toaccommodate and Ihad toget off myUber loosing myappointment and money that Ihad tospend onmy Uber. Iam aclient for awhile, bought many packages and always gave good reviews, today imgiving abad review for the poor service Ihave received!

While they donails really good customer service ispoor. What’s the point ofmaking anappointment ifI’m gonna have towait over anhour tobe seen. Myappointment isset for12:30pm mind you Ihave somewhere tobe for2pm, their11:am appointment decided toshow upduring myappointment time and ofcourse they were seen before meand now Ihave tomiss myappointment. I have been coming since 2016. Mytechnician was Marjeta. She was very professional with myBrazilianWax. Since the pandemic she hasn’t returned. Unfortunately all the technician Itry for myBrazilian Wax always left hair, wax and bumps afterwax. Now Ihave Monica, she’s very friendly & loving, but still leaves hair onme. Ijust trying tofinish upmy Wax Pass, soI can gosomewhere else todo myBrazilianWax. I’m have complained couples oftimes but still ihaven’t found notechnician likeMARJETA.… – show

The girl atthe front desk was very nice and friendly. She answered all questions about myservice and products iwas interested inpurchasing. The wax specialists are nice but they each have different waxing techniques soit all depends onwho you choose towaxyou. I’ve been waxed by2different people, one got meright while the other didn’t get all myhairs and left pieces ofwax onme. Ithink it’s important todo the job well and remove all wax onthe client. Overall Ilove this location!

Wax used was painful and plastic like when hard. Myspecialist made a8“x8” (or more!) square patch onmy bikini line and inner thigh and ripped itall off atthe same time.... I’ve had many waxes atother salons before but such alarge piece like that was afirst. Will begoing elsewhere from now on

My experience atthis location was the worst, starting with the receptionist lack ofcommunication & ineffectiveness, tothe discrimination onyour own kind. You would think people would have more compassion with everything going onin the world. Myspecialist Ashley wasnew, unfortunately Itappears due tothe pandemic alot ofpeople quit orwere let go& although she was super sweet & made myexperience bearable, Iwon’t becoming back here.
