  • 1.6 pounds Lean Braising Beef
  • 4 tablespoon Plain Flour
  • 12.3 ounce Shallots (peeled)
  • 2 Bay Leaves
  • 2 Garlic Cloves
  • Thyme Springs
  • 17.6 ounce Shortcrust Pastry
  • 17.5 ounce Guinness
  • 1 Egg Yolk
