A huge props to this guy. His nice and polite way of dealing with every customer has made this my go to shop for my every problem so once again thanks Saad Ali

Just got my phone reactivated after 2 months struggling to get it done online, Sara at the counter was exceptionally polite and helpful even when the system was locking her out. She went above and beyond to make sure i didnt leave till everything was set correctly and that i was satisfied with the service! Woman deserves a raise! Thank you so much again

Rahim helped us out when we went in to add a line to our plan. he was very friendly and knowledgeable, and he hooked me up with a phone case and called the customer support people to make sure we still got the original discounted plan we got a while back. he saved us a lot of money when he didn’t need to! greatly appreciated.

Visited this location today and I'm so grateful I did! Not only did I get some amazing deals but the customer service Ali and Asteria gave was top notch!!!!! They were very informative and we even had some cool JEEP talk! Left feeling like I had 2 new friends! You'll rock!!!!

Just today I went to get a new phone. Moe, the employee that works there, hooked me up with a samsung A13, along with an high-end case by verizon and charger for only $160. Highy recommend this place if you want to get taken care of.

I really liked the customer service that they had. When i had just walked in they greeted me by welcoming me. I felt acknowledge and they showed me the perfect phone that best suited me. This is the kind of place you should go to because they informed me of everything from my monthly payments to the extra features and accessories. I really recommend this Metropcs Store.

I walked in with just $115 last week and came out with 3 free phones, just paid the monthly payment and activation for the phones. They gave me 3 cases for free as a first time customer. They were very nice and friendly, I will go back to that store and I recommend this particular store.

For EVERYONE who is giving 1 o 3 star saying service and metro sucks first of all y’all are rating THE STORE and the sales rep that work there they can get in trouble even fired ... not METRO BY T-MOBILE. If y’all had bad PERSONAL experiences with the company then go to their OFFICIAL website...I’ve had good experiences here sales reps are awesome
