Eastern Standard Time, on the 14th day of January, 1971, at which time the bids will' be opened and read publicly. Bids for the bonds, which were authorized by legislation passed December 10. 1970, shall be sealed and "Bid for School Improvement and each bid shall be made only for all or none of such bonds. It is contemplated that the bond issuing authority will meet at 7:45 o'clock, p. on 14th day of January, 1971, to consider the bids and make an award.

The bonds will be dated the first day of February, 1971, will be in the denomination of $5,000 each, and will draw interest payable semi-annually on the first days of June and December of each year, beginning June 1, 1971, at the rate of five per centum (5 pct.) per annum.
