It’s been one of those emotional months this month. When people didn’t do what they promised to do, and so on.
But, it’s all better now! I promise.
We had a chance to go to the Pacific Ocean for a birthday party, all the way to Lincoln City, Oregon. It is about 9 hours away from home, we had an incredible time!
What is your favorite place to visit with your family? I would say Pacific Ocean is one of our favorite places to visit.

Ingredients YOU will need to make Bulgarian Beef Stew:
3 tablespoon olive oil
2 lb grass fed pot roast beef, cut into 2 inches cubes
1 onion, chopped
3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 teaspoon paprika
2 teaspoons McCormick Montreal Steak Spice
4 tomatoes, diced
1 cup red wine
1 cup beef broth
1 bay leave
5 thyme sprigs
2 cups pearl onions
salt and pepper, to taste
How to make BulgarianBeef Stew:
- Using a dutch oven or a soup pot, heat 3 tablespoons of oil on medium/high heat and add 2lb cubed beef. Cook for 8 minutes, stirring few times.
2.Add 1 chopped onion and 3 finely chopped garlic cloves, cook for 3 minutes, stirring few times.
3. In the same pot add 1 teaspoon paprika, 2 teaspoons of Montreal steak spice, 4 chopped tomatoes, 1 cup red wine, 1 cup beef broth, 1 bay leave and 5 thyme sprigs. Bring it to a boil, cover and simmer for 1 hour.
4.Drop 2 cups of pearl onions, cover and continue cooking on low heat for 45 minutes.5. Serve with mashed potatoes and a SALAD. Enjoy!
