One thing he did when trying to seduce someone was to kiss her hand, and then continue kissing her as he moved his mouth up her arm. This is not a thing many people actually do, so there isn't really an agreed-upon term for it, but "kiss up her arm" kind of conveys it, at least if you've seen the cartoon.
